No, Staged by Tara does not provide furniture or decor for rent. All advice given during a consultation is considered with the assumption that you will use existing items to stage or have intention to shop for small pick-me-ups that will have a big impact or outsource it to someone else.

Remember that a house lives online before anyone decides to come check it out in person. It must stand out, staging matters. It is proven that staged homes sell faster and for more than homes that are not staged.

You are provided with tips and tricks to get your house ready to sell, along with an in-depth list of tasks to complete. You then choose how much or how little to tackle from the list. Most people do around 90%. This all happens while you are still living in the house. Once you are ready you will contact your real estate agent to come have photos taken for the listing.
